I love this Incense! It’s a reassuring, homely scent that calms and Earths- a little piece of ancient Ireland in your home! It brings peace through its distinctive aroma. My ancestors were Irish and I feel closer to them when it’s smoke fills the air…..Lovely!
The turf incense is beautiful. So pleased with it. I gave some to my mum and it brought a tear to her eye. It’s amazing what feelings a scent can invoke. Also beautifully packaged and arrived on time.
I wanted an unusual scent and this is what i got, its cozy and comforting, I'll definitely try other products off same company
I purchased one of these for my partner. She absolutely loves it. These sticks are easy to burn and quickly fill the room with the lovely smell of a peat fire. I have no problem in recommending these to anyone who misses the smell of turf burning on an open fire
Really smell of IRELAND
I saw this and knew I had to give it a go.
Having driven through Ireland on holidays every few years since 2001, I'm not sure anything else can transport you back in an instant like that smell.
I bought the little cottage and some extra peat and it didn't disappoint.
A brilliant idea. The little cottage looks great on the coffee table whether there's peat burning or not. Our little bit of Ireland (in Sheffield).
Unfortunately there wasn't that smell of turf that company say there is... all you get a strong smoke smell due to the condensed bit of turf
Hi Jason, Our product contains only 100% peat, and creates a smoke with only that scent, so your review is therefore confusing. I can only presume our product is working too well, and perhaps your memory of the smell of Turf is different? Thanks for your support.
Purchased slate and turf pack for 95year old dad who was reared on turf fires. He really enjoyed the trip down memory lane. Parcel arrived promptly and in good condition. Really recommend trying this.
A great unique product
I bought the turf incense logs and wasn’t disappointed. The smell of turf infused around my home brought lots of lovely familiar memories back of my childhood. Warmth but just in a smaller package. Thanks 🙏

I'm sorry but I didn't like smelly it made me cough for most of the time it was on. I'm sure most people like it but definitely not for me.
Sorry to hear that Jeanette. You might be better suited to our Turf Candle which produces no smoke. But as you say, it is more your personal preference than a poor quality product.
I bought this as a present so haven't used it myself but my son in England will love it xx
It’s hard to describe the smell of Turf incense. Is so evocative and comforting. I have a fake wood burner so I put the I sense on there. It gives off the perfect smell.

We used this for the first time last night, and the smell was so lovely, it lingered till morning - it is perfect.

While not referencing Ireland (sorry) specifically in this review, I was looking to recreate the smells I experienced while touring the peat kilns at a whisky distillery on Islay in Scotland this past fall. They use peat fires to cold smoke the barley used in whisky making and the scent in those kilns is heavenly. This peat incense is remarkably similar to that and I am loving it! A helpful hint: I use a small butane torch lighter that I use to light cigars to light these sticks. Works perfect every time getting them easily lit!

Smells just like a turf fire- reminds me of a walk in the park on a crisp autumn day when people have started lighting their fires for the start of the colder weather- perfect! Love it and have already purchased the refill pack days after the starter kit. Highly recommend and already have! :-D

Loved the smell. But did take a little while get it properly lit. Hasn’t put me off though, would buy again.
I found them hard to light, so I had to use the gas hob, but it was worth it for the smell
Not very strong smell.
Had a little trouble with delivery but as soon as I emailed about it another one was sent straight away and communication was great, I will definitely be ordering again and will 100% recommend, reminds me of my childhood x
I desperately wanted this to work but all I could smell was charcoal? Maybe I had a bad batch or something- either way I’m a little disappointed. Sorry 😔

I spotted this on line. Having just got back from Northern Ireland I remembered this smell whilst there. So I bought a packet and it is exactly that “warm, cosy by the fireside smell. An excellent product
