Fáilte competition finalist spotlight

We were delighted last year to be involved with the all-Ireland small business competition run by Carroll’s Irish Gifts, which set out to find a new product or business worthy of €10,000 worth of business support, training and product orders across their 21 stores nationwide.

Not only were we delighted to participate in the event with a presentation to their product team, but we were ecstatic to have been invited back as one of their four top finalists.

We returned to present again at their Dublin HQ for the CEO and other product team members, who really loved our innovative and authentic products. We had a laugh or two and explored the product development in detail, along with sampling the aroma in the conference room.

Needless to say, we didn’t quite make it to the winning spot, but we were really thrilled to be part of the process. Dealing with such a friendly and family-focussed organisation was a real pleasure in itself.

We would encourage any Irish business to give it a go if they have a product or idea which would suit the Carroll’s Irish Gifts brand well.
